Good Vibes,

This campaign is being initiated by Sis. Kathleen
Cleaver, Sis. Empress Phile' Chionesu, Sis. Pam
Africa, Sis. Rosemari Mealy, and others in order to
bring greater attention and awareness to the continual
COINTELPRO, Patriot Act, and outright racist
capitalistic acts and attempts initiated directly upon
Sister Assata Shakur, and indirectly on the sovereign
country of Cuba.

Along with the "Hands Off Assata" activities and
events presenting occurring, nationwide, the "Millions
For Assata" will further galvanize supporters,
worldwide, to hold rallies, demonstrations, etc., (
dates will be provided at the press conference) and to
sign on to the petition to have the million dollar
bounty that has been placed on Assata's head revoked.

Furthermore, "The Millions For Assata"
Campaign will work diligently to obtain a million signatures in
support of the Resolution that Councilman Charles
Barron was prepared demanding CLEMENCY for Sis.

"Millions For Assata" delegates, representatives, and
supporters will be present at the Millions More
Movement event on Sat. Oct. 15, 2005 in Washington, DC
in order to encourage folks to sign the Clemency For
Assata Resolution.
